How much does custom software cost?
From $100 for one automation to $5,000+ for a full system. Every job gets a fixed price before we start.
Who owns the code?
You do. Keep it hosted with us for a monthly fee or take it anywhere.
What happens after delivery?
Anything broken in the delivered scope is fixed free for 90 days. After that, changes are quoted at the same fixed prices, or a Care plan covers them: $49 a month for hosting, monitoring, updates and one small change, $149 a month for 4 hours of changes with next-business-day response.
Can you fix an app I built with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt or Replit?
Yes. Send the repository and what breaks. The diagnosis is $100, takes 24 hours and comes back with the causes and a fixed quote for each fix, usually $100 or $300; the $100 is credited to the fix. If we cannot deliver a quoted fix, you do not pay for it. A security check of the whole app is $300; stabilizing a shaky app is $1,000.
What does the AI receptionist cost?
$179 a month with 400 minutes included and setup included. Extra minutes are $0.30 each. Month to month.
Does the AI receptionist hand off to a person, and do callers know it is automated?
Yes. When it is unsure, or the caller asks, it transfers the call to the number you choose and sends you a summary. It answers in English, Chinese or Spanish, whichever the caller uses, and every call opens with a short notice that it is answered by an automated assistant and transcribed into text.
What is SEO, AEO and GEO optimization?
SEO helps your site rank on Google and Bing. AEO gets your content cited by assistants like ChatGPT and Claude. GEO optimizes for answer engines such as Perplexity and Google's answer summaries. Growth websites and above include all three.
